Wendy Mansell


Wendy is a Human Resources Consultant drawing on over ten years' experience at director level and is a Fellow of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).

She has worked across multiple European markets and has direct work experience in the US both in e-commerce, manufacturing and retail environments for global blue-chip organisations including Amazon, Expedia, Gillette, Procter and Gamble and Cadbury-Schweppes. Wendy has an impressive track record of delivering complex change projects and coaching and mentoring senior leaders and high performing employees, resulting in tangible business benefits.

Previous projects have included:

  • Leading complex change programmes, including mergers and acquisitions. Development and implementation of a five year business plan, including the development of an HR strategy. As the UK HR lead, successfully integrated the business which was the largest global acquisition within the FMCG industry and was delivered on time and within budget.

    Responsible for developing plans for the separation of a beverage business and the relocation of their headquarters out of Central London.

  • Coaching and mentoring senior leadership and high performing employees. Improved performance of high achievers by 7.5% in year one through the implementation of an "accelerated development" programme.

  • Developing metrics to improve business performance. Reduced attrition by 16%; reduced time and cost per hire by 50%; reduced absence by 3%.
